FOUR PROPHETIC EVENTS: A VISION OF WARNING AND HOPE. Throughout Church History, God Has Used Dreams, Visions, And Even Near-Death Experiences To Convey Messages To His People. Divine revelation or a prophetic allegory, it aligns consistently with Scripture and speaks to the pressing spiritual condition of our time.

The following is taken from the testimony of a ER nurse named Sarah, who experienced a profound vision during a near-death experience. Sarah was clinically dead for twelve minutes. During that time, she encountered Lord Jesus Christ, who revealed to her four major prophetic events meant for the preparation and awakening of His people. The vision she received is clear, Christ-centered, and strikingly consistent with Scripture.

Throughout church history, God has used dreams, visions, and even near-death experiences to convey messages to His people. From Paul’s account of being caught up to the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12:2–4) to John’s apocalyptic vision on Patmos (Revelation 1), Scripture affirms that divine revelations may occur in extraordinary circumstances. As with all things, this message should be tested and discerned, but its alignment with biblical prophecy, its exhortation to holiness, and its urgency for repentance call the Church to listen carefully.

What follows is a structured theological reflection on the vision, intended not to glorify the experience itself, but to exalt the One who gave it: Jesus Christ, the soon-coming King.

1. The Great Distraction

Sarah was shown people all over the world glued to their devices—phones, screens, and digital content—utterly absorbed in things that held no eternal value. Families sat in the same room yet remained isolated, lost in their virtual worlds. Even believers were caught up in the noise, their spiritual senses dulled.

Jesus said: “This is how the enemy works. He keeps them distracted—focused on the temporary so they forget the eternal. Tell my people to wake up and refocus their hearts and minds on Me.”

Scriptural Foundation:

  • “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” (Colossians 3:2)

  • “The worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word…” (Matthew 13:22)

This is a call to spiritual vigilance. The distractions are not inherently evil, but they function as spiritual narcotics—pulling the Church’s gaze from the face of Christ.

2. The Great Deception

Sarah then saw awe-inspiring lights in the sky and charismatic beings speaking to humanity. They offered peace, unity, and enlightenment—but their message was a subtle blend of truth and lies. Even strong believers were mesmerized and seduced.

Jesus said: “These are not of Me. They will mix truth with lies, leading many astray. Tell my people to stay rooted in My Word—for it is the only foundation that cannot be shaken.”

Scriptural Foundation:

  • “For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders… to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.” (Matthew 24:24)

  • “Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.” (2 Corinthians 11:14)

This is a prophetic warning against end-time spiritual seduction, whether through supernatural deception, false messianic movements, or technological illusions.

3. The Great Awakening

Waves of light began to spread across the globe. People turned to God in repentance. Families prayed. Communities worshiped. Miracles broke out—healings, deliverances, transformations. Yet with revival came persecution. Believers were mocked, attacked, and even martyred. Still, their joy could not be taken.

Jesus said: “My Spirit will move powerfully in these days, but the cost of following Me will be great. Tell them to stand firm, for the reward is eternal.”

Scriptural Foundation:

  • “In the last days, I will pour out My Spirit on all people.” (Acts 2:17)

  • “All who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” (2 Timothy 3:12)

This is a vision of hope and refinement. The wheat and tares are growing to fullness. The true Church will shine amid the storm.

4. The Great Return

The sky split open. Jesus appeared in radiant glory, accompanied by legions of angels. The world stood still. Every knee bowed. Every tongue confessed that Jesus Christ is Lord. Some did so in worship; others in terror.

Jesus said: “This is what awaits. Tell them I am coming soon. Tell them to be ready, for no one knows the day or the hour.”

Scriptural Foundation:

  • “They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:30)

  • “Every knee will bow… and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.” (Philippians 2:10–11)

This is the blessed hope of the Church—the glorious return of Christ. But it is also a sober reminder: not all who bow will be saved. Some will bow too late.

Final Exhortation and Commission

As the vision faded, Jesus knelt beside Sarah and gave a final word:

“Tell My people that I see their struggles, their fears, and their failures. I am not distant from their pain. I am the God who heals, who restores, who makes all things new. They are never alone. I am always with them.”

He added:

“You will have doubts, even you. But I chose you for this message not because you are perfect, but because you are willing. Trust in My strength, not your own. My Spirit will give you the words.”

Remember:

This vision is not to be taken lightly. Whether as divine revelation or a prophetic allegory, it aligns consistently with Scripture and speaks to the pressing spiritual condition of our time. The distractions are real. The deception is intensifying. The awakening is near. And the return of Christ is certain.

Let those who have ears hear. Let the Church prepare. Let each heart return to the Lord.

“He who testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I am coming soon.’ Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20)
