The truth is no human asked to be born into this world into this world. Irrespective of what anyone claiming to be a soul from a previous incarnation may claim, that person did not ask to be born into this world. People who claim they were the reincarnation of an ant or dog or pedophile or whatever, are deceived or trying to play the fool. The reality is nobody asked to be born into this world, the first time he or she found him- or her- or itself here.
The idea that you came from the All Soul or the Infinite One to go through a series of reincarnations only to return to being non-existent as an entity as you are absorbed into an infinite mass of nothingness is an insult to intelligence. You have the ability to think. You have the ability to make decisions. You have the ability to discern right from wrong, what is true from what is false, and determine good from evil.
Therefore to come from nothing to return to nothing after a series of episodes in which you suffer as an individual entity make no sense and provides no valid reason for existence that is comprehendible to anyone who discern right from wrong and judge what is true against what is false. There is nothing good about futility, it is pure evil, an assault upon the right to be, to exist, to claim one is alive.
The truth is that you did not ask to be born into this world. You did not ask to be born into the family in which you found yourself. If anyone had the ability to choose to be born into this world that person would choose to be born into the healthiest and wealthiest environment possible and the healthiest and wealthiest family, otherwise why be born into this world governed by death. Certainly not a logical decision, a judicious decision, a wise decision.
This death issue needs to be addressed. Nobody in their right mind would choose to be born only to die. If every person had the power to choose to be born into this world, they would also know what this world has to offer. Death is not an option anyone would take. Non-existence is not something you would contemplate. No, you would choose life and life more abundant, if you knew what was on the table. But to die. Who wants to die. Who wants to be born to die. Not I. Not yourself. Nobody. There is no point in it. There is no reason. There is no purpose. Being born to die sucks. You know it. I know it. Everybody knows it.
But there is significance in having a temporary life where I can contribute to a better world and my children and grandchildren can make things better. This is why we exist. Yea. Says who. Your godmother. The fairy queen. The flower on the thistle that has now turned to seed, only to be dispersed in the wind. Grow up. You can read. You can think. You know the meanings of words. Temporary means short-lived whether you live 200 years or 20 years. In the scheme of eternity, even a 1000 years is temporary; short-lived.
Where is the significance in being conceived only to be aborted as a child? Where is the significance to being born only to be abandoned as a child to the wolves? This has happened in history. Romulus and Remus might be a fable, but Amala and Kamala were attested to by many witnesses. Nevertheless, where is the significance in infanticide? Where is the significance in only have 2 years as a child before you die? Where is the significance in being born an invalid, only to die in your 20s? There is no significance in any of this that has genuine eternal merit. The truth is what we want. Unless you like being deceived. In which case, you will rejoice in the falsehood that a futile life is a significant life; a life which has purpose; a life filled with meaningful memories. Yet you know it is not. None of your great, great, great grandparents are enjoying meaningful memories to share with you. You may know about them. Probably not much though. Most people forget their great grandparents, if they knew them at all, let alone recall anything about their great grandparents' parents.
Unless we have eternal life, then life is futile. This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Yet we find in the New Testament book of Romans these words: the whole of creation has been subject to futility, not of its own will, but by the will of the One who created it (Romans 8:20). Why has the creation been subjected to futility? This is a temporary existence until the sons of God are revealed. Who are the sons of God? They are human beings who have entered into a transformative relationship with the Creator, who generates a new creation by taking the human spirit, regenerating it, then renewing the whole individual until that person has matured into a son of God.
When we consider the fact that we did not ask to be born into this world, yet the only sure thing that we know will happen to us is that we will die and cease to exist in this biological form, as our great grandparents parents did and those before them, we know this is futility. The good news is that in realizing this truth, we can now have hope.
Not that anyone hopes for what we can see, for we all hope for that which is not evident at the time. However, the Scriptures in Romans chapter eight go on to inform us that the Creator Himself subjected the Creation to futility in the hope that it would bring forth a new creation in the form of the sons of God.
When we read the book of Acts (17:26-28) we learn that the Lord God Almighty created from one man all the nations of men to live on the face of the Earth for the single purpose that they might seek Him out, in the hope that they might feel after Him. Evidently He is not far from each one of us, for in Him we live and move and have our being.
In the book of Isaiah (55:7-9), we learn that people are instructed to seek the Lord while he might be found, for his is not far from each on of us, but we need to turn from our wickedness and reach out to Him, recognize that our thoughts and ways of doing things are not in accordance with the Lord God's, and begin to seek His know His ways, thoughts and intentions.
Being born to die now takes on new meaning when we think in terms of a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. The caterpillar ceases to exist. The butterfly becomes the new creation. The caterpillar died to become the butterfly that experiences greater freedom, with more to see and enjoy, than being stuck on a branch, going nowhere, with death the only certainty.
You are going nowhere other than heading to a futile existence unless you experience the power of the living God entering your being and regenerating you from within. Like the monthly egg that is released from a female's ovaries, unless regenerated by a seed of life, it continues to its death and non-existence, with no one knowing it existed.
While there are similarities in the analogies provided, you are not just an unfertilized egg nor a caterpillar, but a person who now in charge of your own destiny. You are the one who needs to reach out to the Creator God in hope that implant the seed of eternal life in you, and give you the assurance of this, so that you will know your life has ceased from being futile to having a purpose that transcends seeking to find significance in a temporal existence of being born only to die, without knowing why.
Romans 10:8-12: But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart;” that is, the word of faith which we preach: 9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.”
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him.
If you believe the Creator God has the power to raise the dead, then you are a candidate for receiving the word of life, the word of truth, the seed the regenerates and brings forth newness of life within you. However, it is important for you to understand the necessity to forgive and be forgiven if you truly want to seal the deal. As Lord Jesus said, when on Earth:
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. (Matthew 6:14-15)
None of us sought to be born into this world. The Son of God, on the other hand did. He came into this world for the express purpose of paying the price for sin (violation of faith) so that we could all be reconciled to the Father, in the hope that we will accept that He has paid the price for our sins and through an expression of faith establish a relationship with HIM.
By acknowledging your wrongdoings against others, by forgiving them, and acknowledging your wrongdoings against God and asking forgiveness for your sins, you will know the difference, without anybody needing to tell you.
